Global Missions - Italy

In 2002 Sister Little Rose Pamplany went to study Theology in Rome. During the vacation time, she went to serve in a retreat house in Northern Italy. A parish priest in Candiolo, in Torino diocese had built a guest house for accommodating cancer patients coming for treatment in a nearby Cancer Research centre. Father had built an apartment and chapel attached to the house hoping to have sisters stay there and conduct perpetual adoration. Since the Italian sisters denied his invitation, he asked Sr. Little Rose if the SABS would be willing to take up the house. The superiors agreed and in 2006, Sr. Little Rose went to Candiolo with four of our sisters. At present there are 9 sisters.
